policella Family Rescue - New Westminster Police Department Reenactment

After following up on a dropped 911 call, members of the New Westminster Police Department encounter a distraught young man who poses a risk to both himself and the officers. Officers quickly move from a standoff to providing emergency first aid, after the young man attempts suicide. The life of this young man was saved thanks to the actions of E-Comm, the officers on scene, and BC Ambulance. This video is a reenactment of an incident that occurred in 2014.
